HBCU Alumni Alliance 5K Run/Walk
The HBCU Alumni Alliance Annual 5KRun/Walk will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Piedmont Park, Atlanta, Georgia. The event is a day filled with more partnerships, scholarships, activations and the largest HBCU alumni and D9 gathering in the country. Registration is $40 and will increase to $45 as the race gets closer to its date. If you don’t wish to register for the race, please make a donation to those FVSU local chapters. Portions of your race will go towards the local FVSU Atlanta & Dekalb County Alumni Chapters scholarships.

Get your tickets for the FVSU NAA, Inc. Macon County Area Alumni Chapter GIMME 5 for 5 Cash Raffle. You must be 18+ to enter. Names will be entered with each ticket purchase. Deadline to enter is July 19, 2025, 11:59 EST. Raffle drawing is July 20, 2025. Proceeds will help support the Macon County Area Alumni Chapter (MCAAC) provide scholarships to FVSU students. When purchasing your tickets on PayPal, be sure to select “friends & family”. FVSU NAA, Inc. West Georgia Alumni Chapter Scholarship Banquet
Join Fort Valley State University in 2025 as the University celebrates 130 years of academic excellence. As a part of the celebrations, the Fort Valley State University West Georgia Alumni Chapter (LaGrange) will host a scholarship banquet to raise and provide scholarship dollars to deserving scholars on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 3:00pm at Del’Avant on Main Street in downtown LaGrange, Georgia. Tickets are $85 and $600 for a Table of 8. Deadline to purchase tickets, sponsorships and ads is Tuesday, July 1, 2025. FVSU NAA, Inc. West Central Georgia Chapter Scholarship Luncheon

The FVSU National Alumni Association, Inc. Dekalb County Alumni Chapter is having their 4th Annual HBCU Bowling Experience on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 2 PM. The event will be held at the Bowlero, 2749 Delk Road, Marietta, GA 30067. Tickets are $30 for ages 12 & up, $15 for ages 6-11 and FREE for 5 & under. The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated Southern Crescent Alumni Chapter presents the 11th Annual “Taste of FVSU”. The event will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 5 PM to 8 PM at the Virginia Burton Gray Recreation Center, 1475 East Fayetteville Road, Riverdale Georgia. The "Maximizing Your Scholarship" live webinar equips students with tools to effectively search for and secure scholarships, based on the Not Your Average Scholarship Workbook by Ebony Payne. The session will be a step-by-step guide to the scholarship search, insights into financial aid and how it aligns with your needs, focus on financial literacy for informed decisions, and other topics.
